Q1
傘の畳み方を教えてほしい
Please teach me how to fold an umbrella.
①ボタンを押して傘を閉じます Press the button to close the umbrella. ②露先(傘の先端部分の金属)を束ねて持ちます Hold it together with the tip of the dew. ③持ち手部分を軽く押しながら柄をたたみ、 手元の中に露先を収納します 注意)力を入れて押すと故障の原因になります！ While lightly pressing the handle, fold the handle and store the tip inside your hand. Caution) Pressing with too much force may cause damage! ④ 傘の折り目に合わせて角を出します Make the corners match the folds of the umbrella. ⑤ 角の高さを上に合わせて整えたら、傘の布地を絞るようにまとめます Once you have adjusted the height of the corners to the same level, squeeze the fabric of the umbrella together. ⑥ バンドを回して傘を留めて、くるくる回すように傘袋の中にいれます Turn the band to secure the umbrella, then turn it around and place it inside the umbrella bag.

傘の汚れのケアを教えてほしい。撥水が弱くなってきた時の対策はあるか？
Could you please tell me more about how to clean the umbrella? Also, is there anything I can do when the water repellency starts to weaken?
① まず傘の表面をシャワーで軽く流し、しっかり乾かします First, lightly rinse the surface of the umbrella with a shower and then dry it thoroughly. ② ぬるま湯に中性洗剤を薄め、それをスポンジやタオル等に染み込ませます。 Dilute neutral detergent in lukewarm water and soak a sponge(or towel) in it. ③ 乾かした傘生地にスポンジを当て、優しく汚れを落とす 注意)強く擦りすぎると傘の撥水加工が傷むので、必ず優しく汚れを落としてください。 Place a sponge on the dried umbrella fabric and gently remove dirt. Caution) If you rub too hard, the water-repellent coating of the umbrella will be damaged, so be sure to remove the dirt gently. ④洗剤をしっかりとシャワーで洗い流し、陰干しで乾かします Rinse off the detergent thoroughly in the shower and dry in the shade. ⑤十分に乾いたら、ドライヤーを10cm以上放して温風を当てます。傘生地全体を温めてください。 Once it is completely dry, hold the hair dryer at least 10cm away from the umbrella and apply hot air to it. Heat the entire umbrella fabric. 【ご注意】 ※生地の劣化、汚れがひどい場合は撥水力は戻りません。上記のお手入れをしても撥水力が足りない場合は市販の撥水スプレーの使用方法に添ってご使用ください。 ※ビニール傘は熱で変形のおそれがあるため、布地の傘のみのお手入れ方法となります 【Caution】 ※If the fabric is badly deteriorated or dirty, the water-repellent properties will not return. If the above care method does not provide sufficient water-repellent properties, use a commercially available water-repellent spray according to its instructions. ※This care method is only for fabric umbrellas, as vinyl umbrellas may be deformed by heat.

傘の強度や耐久性はどれくらい？
How strong and durable is the umbrella?
1時間の降雨量が20mm前後になると、縫い目からの雨漏れや布地からの
染み出しが発生しやすくなります
When the rainfall per hour reaches around 20 mm, water is more likely to leak through seams and seep out of the fabric.
1時間の風速が10m以上になると、
傘の故障の原因となりやすくなります
Wind speeds of 10m/hour or more can easily cause umbrella damage.

それぞれどれくらいか？
What is the UV protection rate of the 3-fold umbrella and the blackout 3-fold umbrella?
三つ折り畳傘は
おおむね95%前後のUVカット率、
遮光三つ折り畳傘は
99%以上のUVカット率です。
A tri-fold umbrella generally blocks around 95% of UV rays.
A blackout tri-fold umbrella blocks over 99% of UV rays.

「三つ折り畳傘は晴雨兼用で日傘としても使える」と言われたけど日差しが届く。
本当にUVカットできてるの？
3-fold umbrella can be used in both rain and shine and can also be used as a parasol, but the sun still gets through it. Does it really block UV rays?
UVカット率=紫外線のカット率
となります。
日差しを遮るには遮光率が高い傘を
おすすめします。
UV cut rate = the rate at which ultraviolet rays are cut.
We recommend an umbrella with a high shading rate to block the sunlight.

What is the light blocking rate of a tri-fold umbrella and a blackout tri-fold umbrella?
三つ折り畳傘の遮光率は色味によって遮光率が前後します。
黒に近いほど遮光率が高く、日差しを
遮りやすくなります。
遮光三つ折り畳傘は99.9%の遮光率です。
The light blocking rate of a tri-fold umbrella varies depending on the color. The closer to black the color, the higher the light blocking rate, making it easier to block the sunlight.
A light blocking tri-fold umbrella has a light blocking rate of 99.9%.

傘の保証はあるのか？
Is there a warranty for the umbrella?
傘の保証期間は設けていません。購入後7日以内に故障があった際は、初期不良の可能性が高いので返品交換を承ってます。
There is no warranty period for umbrellas.
If the product breaks within 7 days of purchase, it is most likely a defective product and we will accept a return or exchange.

Where can I get a replacement for a defective product?
